A: We offer free shipping on all products. Once your order is placed, it will be shipped directly from our supplier to your address.

A: Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are delivered within 5-7 business days, and are delivered to your door. You will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
Import Taxes and Duties
Q: Are import duties and customs taxes included in the product price?
A: No, import duties and customs taxes are not included in the product price. You will need to pay your own import tax and customs duties on delivery of your items.
Q: Who is responsible for paying import duties and customs taxes?
A: Buyers are responsible for any import duties and customs taxes that may apply. Fedex will deliver with a card machine, and you can swipe your card for the fee's - much like Shein OR temu.
Q: How can I find out the import duties and taxes for my country?
A: Please check with your local customs office for information on import duties and taxes applicable to your order OR send us a message for a rough estimate.
